At Momenails, we’re passionate about delivering our handcrafted masterpieces to nail enthusiasts all around the world. Shipping specifics, including charges and estimated delivery times, will be clearly laid out for you during checkout. We’re thrilled to offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $99 USD.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails. Keep in mind, we’re in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your Momenails package begins its journey to you, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.

– It normally takes 2-5 business days for us to process your order and check the items.

– Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. The actual delivery time is subject to the official website/notice of the logistics company.

– All orders have tracking number.

Customs and Import Duty

We’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible, but please note that customs and import duties may apply in some countries.

• Only a small number of countries require customs fees, and the exact charges are determined by your local customs authority.
• Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be exempt from them. As such, we are unable to cover any customs-related costs.

Delivery Time

We’re excited to get your order to you as soon as possible! Here’s how delivery timing works:

• Tracking Information: Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find this information in the “My Account” section on our website.
  • Please note: Tracking information may take some time to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t appear immediately.
• Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• Processing Time: Typically 3–7 business days for us to carefully prepare your order.
• Shipping Time: Depends on your location and chosen shipping method, ranging from 5–28 business days.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on several factors:

1. The shipping method you choose.
2. The destination country for your order.
3. The number of items in your cart and the total weight/volume of your package.

For the most accurate shipping fee:

Shipping Insurance Premium

We offer Shipping Protection Insurance to ensure your peace of mind:

• If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you are eligible for a full refund of the item’s cost (excluding shipping fees).
• Claim Deadlines:
  • Lost Package: File a claim within 30 days from the date the package is marked as lost.
  • Stolen Package: File a claim within 20 days after the package is marked as delivered.
  • Undelivered Package: File a claim within 20 days after the expected delivery date if it is not delivered.
