4. Why hasn’t my order’s shipping status been updated yet?
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we truly appreciate your patience! Once your items are shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email that includes everything you need—your order number, carrier details, order date, order time, current status, and a tracking number to follow your package.

Press-On Nails Questions
1. How do I find the right size for press-on nails?
Measurement Methods for Finger Widths
Method 1: Use a soft measuring tape to measure the widest part of the nail bed, not the top of the nail.
Method 2: If a soft measuring tape is unavailable, use a strip of paper wrapped around the widest part of the nail bed. Mark the measurement, then measure it with a ruler. If no tools are available, you can download a measurement tool app.

With proper application, our press-on nails can stay secure for up to 7-21 days! For the best results, make sure your nails are clean, dry, and free of oils before applying. This will help ensure a long-lasting and flawless look.
3. What should I do if a nail chips or comes off?
No worries! If a nail chips, gently file the edge to smooth it out and keep it looking flawless. If a nail comes off, simply reapply it using the included glue or replace it with an extra nail from your set. Easy and stress-free!
4. Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Absolutely! Our press-on nails are completely reusable. Just be sure to handle them with care when removing, and they’ll be ready to use again for your next look!
